The cushion can be powered using either:
• The included 12V car adapter — plug into your vehicle’s outlet.
• The included wall adapter — for indoor use (home or office).
Ensure the power cable is fully seated before turning on the unit.
1. Place the cushion flat on your seat, ensuring the massage nodes align with your back and lower spine.
2. Use the top strap to secure it around the seat headrest.
3. Use the bottom strap to fasten it firmly to the lower seat.
4. Plug in the adapter of your choice.
5. Sit comfortably, then press the Power button on the wired remote to begin.
• Power — Turn the cushion on/off.
• Function — Cycle through 1–8 massage modes.
• Intensity — Adjust between 3 vibration strength levels.
• Timer — Set 15 or 30-minute auto shutoff.
• Heat — Toggle infrared heat zones on/off.
• Do not use if the device or cord appears damaged.
• Do not use while sleeping or driving without supervision.
• Not suitable for individuals with pacemakers or serious health conditions.
• Avoid moisture, liquids, or cleaning sprays while plugged in.
• Limit each session to 30 minutes for optimal comfort and safety.
• Unplug before cleaning.
• Wipe surface gently with a damp cloth.
• Do not machine wash, submerge, or expose to extreme heat.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• No Power: Ensure adapter is plugged in securely and outlet works.
• No Heat: Check that the Heat button is on; allow up to 3 minutes to warm up.
• Uneven Massage: The nodes may vary in vibration intensity — this is normal.
• Stops Mid-Use: May have reached the timer limit (15 or 30 minutes). Restart the unit if desired.
