RoadRest currently offers FREE shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum required.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping will be added in the future — stay tuned for updates.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier will be automatically selected based on your delivery address for fastest service.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package’s progress in real time.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please:
• Check with neighbors or household members.
• Verify your shipping address on the order confirmation.
• Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark a package delivered early.

In the rare event your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@roadrest.co with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
