Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your RoadRest product. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Items may be lightly used but must include all original components.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Photos may be requested for quality verification or damage claims.

Exclusions

We currently do not exclude any product types from our return policy — all RoadRest items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

RoadRest covers all return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back — we’ll provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@roadrest.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation before shipping the product.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective or malfunctioning products under our 1-Year Warranty. For other exchanges (e.g., different model or gift replacement), contact our team for options.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll replace the product at no cost to you.
