WARRANTY INFORMATION

Coverage

RoadRest offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers electronic malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects under normal use.

What’s Covered

• Internal electrical components or wiring failure.
• Heating or massage function failure not caused by misuse.
• Defective control remote or adapter due to production error.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
• Water damage or exposure to moisture.
• Misuse, modification, or physical damage.
• Damage from improper installation or unauthorized repairs.
• Any issue not resulting from a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:
1. Email info@roadrest.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect.
2. Wait for a confirmation email before shipping your item back.
3. Once approved, RoadRest will provide a prepaid return label.
4. After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

RoadRest covers all warranty-related shipping costs both ways for approved claims. Unauthorized returns or unapproved shipments will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement unit. RoadRest does not issue cash refunds under warranty claims.

Duration of Coverage

The 1-Year warranty starts on the date of original purchase and does not reset or extend after a replacement. Replaced products carry the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
